Mr. Christie is a former Deputy Commissioner of Valuations at the Land Valuation Department now National Land Agency and has been involved in professional valuation practice for over Thirty-Eight (38) years.
He is a member of the Board of Directors at VMPS and the Qualifying Director. Mr Christie is also a part time lecturer on the Land Economy and Valuation Surveying Programme at the University of Technology.
